Will Assist Services provides professional estate planning and estate administration support to Ontario lawyers and their clients. Founded by Gillian Jackson, an experienced Ontario Wills & Estates Law Clerk, Will Assist was created to provide flexible, knowledgeable and reliable support throughout the estate planning and administration process. 

Meet Gillian

I’m Gillian Jackson, an experienced Wills & Estates Law Clerk with a background in estate planning, estate administration and legal drafting.

Throughout my legal career, I have worked closely with Ontario lawyers, executors and families navigating the often-complex administrative process that follows a death. I understand that estate files require more than simply preparing documents—they require organization, attention to detail, communication and consistent follow-through.

I created Will Assist Services to provide Ontario lawyers with flexible freelance estate-clerk support while also helping individuals and families find the appropriate legal professionals for their estate planning and administration needs.
